Senior Media Buyer Stockholm 
Position
Senior online media buyer and business development.
Responsible for marketing our clients websites towards different channels (google, overture, AdBrite, Miva large portals etc).
Our client’s media buying is aggressive, creative and international. There are many challenges that come with the position since it is in a highly competitive market.
Tasks
Define all kinds of channels where media can be purchased online.
Create ad formats/copy texts which will both get high click rates (CTR) and high conversion rate (strict qualification of leads) on both “PPC channels” (e.g. MIVA, Overture UK, Gambling.com, etc), fixed prize ads (e.g. AdBrite, direct ads for Party Poker at other poker sites, etc)
Create “campaign sites” with poker strategy content (e.g. poker strategy product sites with eBooks, free poker tools and email sign-up) to adhere to Google and Overture “no online poker” policy. These sites will market online poker offers to users via email, integrated in applications, etc.
Ongoing measurement, optimization, updating of all campaigns, to ensure positive ROI on all activities.
Create “poker channels” for portals and large game sites, where PokerListings syndicates its poker content to offer more content and revenues to the portals/sites. This work involves more management, communication and negotiation skills.
Professional requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience of varied and extensive online media buying in a competitive segment
- Outstanding documented success cases in online media buying, with high “Return on Investment” on substantial online marketing budget
- Is one of the very best, if not the best, online media buyer in Sweden
Formal requirements
- Age 26-36
- Exceptional skill in English, both verbal and writing
- 3 years online media experience (with at least two years of buying)
