This fast-growing, fast-paced Internet marketing company is looking for an energetic, structured, driven and enthusiastic Brand and Project Account Manager to work closely with the industry’s top brands. WGP currently has 90 employees in Sweden and is planning to grow further during 2008.
Project Manager Role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects and support the online lead generation business on our client sites.
Tasks include allocation of resources, set and manage priorities within projects, secure 100% quality and on time delivery, alternate short and long projects from 2 weeks to 10 months. The Project Manager also works with large projects where the project begins with collecting data for decision making, analysis of the information, set up a project plan and then allocate and coordinate the in house expert knowledge/resources at hand.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has long term documented success of managing, motivating team members in, communicating set goals in and following up on projects.
Tasks include
- Manage project group
- Project planning
- Project follow up
- Project member support and instructions
- Co-ordinate resources from different departments
- Manage Technical and other Projects with inhouse resources
- Roll out new guides, (analysis, marketing plan, allocation of resources)
- Projects aiming to redesign Existing Guides within all verticals
- Set routines for how we outsource project
- Work close with SEO, DEV, Editors, Usability & Conversion experts
- Continuously oversee, develop and improve our way to manage projects
- Business development
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience of project management
- Minimum 2 two experience from tech development projects
- Strong documented success
- Understanding of and interest in the online lead generation and affiliate market
- Willingness to travel international
- Willingness to work hands on
- Fluent in English & (Swedish)
- Have managed Projects using SCRUM
